Email Signatures

“Hey Jazzman!” Everyone asks me, “Where exactly do I put all of these html codes, graphics, and sounds in my E-Mails?”

Well, it depends on what you are using. WebTV users can write the codes in the body of the e-mail they are sending out. Of course if you do this. That will only be good for that one email you send out.

A better place for the WebTV users is to place the codes in your signature box. It is located in your settings.

They codes in your signature box will go out with every e-mail you send. They will stay there until you remove or change them..

Now, PC users are different. There are many e-mail programs out there and I can not tell you how to place your codes in all of them. I use Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0 You can get a free copy on you windows update page.

The easiest way I have found. For all users to see the HTML codes correctly is to save my signature in a notepad, then when I want to use one I just C&P it in the source of the e-mail I m sending. Then edit to my choice.

To activate your source edit just click on your new e-mail and click the view tab, Then just checkmark your source edit. You will now have three tabs at the bottom of your email for you to work your magic.
