Mother,
If I looked the world over, I could never find a mother more perfect than you. If I could choose anyone at all for my mom, I'd choose you. I'm so lucky that God put me in your family and gave me you for a mother. After all, I wouldn't be me, without you. You're my perfect mother, and I love you and appreciate you more than I could ever express. I hope and pray that you're happy and that your every dream comes true. I pray for your perfect health and unlimited joy.
